Multi-site, one platform

Sites, shifts and admin — all running themselves.

Each site, business unit or shift gets its own view with role-based access. Auto-enrolment, retake reminders and escalations run in the background.

What's in it

Built for the job.

Multi-site management
Run distinct teams, locations or business units inside one platform. Role-based access keeps each site in its lane.
Automated admin
Auto-enrolment, retake reminders and escalations run in the background. Your team steps in for decisions, not nudges.
Digital + in-person, one record
Schedule in-person training, track attendance and issue certificates inside the same system as your e-learning.
Mobile learning
Responsive on any device, with offline learning mode for the people who don't sit at a desk.
Why this matters

Operations is where training admin actually breaks.

Multi-site businesses don't fail at training because the courses are wrong. They fail because the admin around the courses doesn't scale: spreadsheets per site, reminder emails per role, version drift between branches, and a learning lead doing manual reconciliation instead of strategic work.

01

One platform. Distinct sites. Real isolation.

A common failure mode of "enterprise" LMS rollouts is forcing every site through a single configuration. Glasgow Care does not run on the same training cadence as a Manchester restaurant, and asking them to share a course catalogue creates two unhappy customers.

Cademi keeps each site, business unit or shift as a first-class object. The course library and reporting structure are shared; access, assignments and dashboards are scoped. Site leads see their site. HQ sees the lot. Nobody sees what they should not.

Per-site dashboards with role-based access — no spreadsheet hand-offs to HQ.
Course catalogue stays shared; assignments and reminders stay scoped.
New site spin-up is a configuration step, not a re-implementation.
02

Automation that takes the small jobs off your plate.

The thing that eats a training lead's week is not strategy. It is enrolling new starters, chasing the same fire-safety renewal for the fourth time, and emailing a manager about the one outstanding completion on their team.

Cademi runs that work in the background. New people get auto-enrolled in the right courses on their start date. Renewal reminders fire on schedule. Overdue completions escalate to the right manager before they escalate to the regulator. The team steps in for decisions, not for nudges.

Auto-enrolment by role, site and start date — no manual onboarding lists.
Renewal reminders fire on schedule, with escalation thresholds you control.
Manager nudges only when a human decision is actually needed.
03

Digital and in-person on one record.

Most operations involve some training that has to happen in a room with a trainer — manual handling, food hygiene, fire warden, induction. Most LMS platforms treat that as out of scope: a separate booking tool, a separate certificate, a separate reconciliation job.

Cademi treats in-person sessions as first-class training. Schedule the session, assign attendees, capture attendance, issue the certificate, log the time — all inside the same person record that holds the e-learning. The audit picks up everything.

Schedule sessions with rooms, trainers and attendees in the platform.
Attendance and certificates flow straight into the learner's record.
One report covers digital, in-person and external qualifications.

Common questions

What we hear most often.

Drawn from real prospect conversations and questions in customer reviews. If yours isn't here, get in touch — we'll answer honestly.

Does the platform work on mobile?+
Yes — courses are responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile, with an offline learning mode for staff who do not sit at a desk. Push reminders and the certificate wallet are also available on mobile.
Can we segment by site or business unit?+
Yes — multi-site management is a core capability. Each site has its own dashboards, assignments and access rules; the course library and reporting structure are shared at the parent level. Site leads see their site only; HQ sees aggregate views with drilldowns.
How does in-person training get tracked?+
Sessions are scheduled inside Cademi with rooms, trainers and attendees. Attendance can be captured on-device or via QR code at the door. Certificates auto-issue on completion and live on the same person record as the digital learning — so the audit trail covers everything in one report.
What happens when someone moves between sites?+
Their full learning history, certificates and CPD record move with them. The new site lead picks up immediate visibility; the old site lead loses it on the cut-over. No manual export or re-enrolment is needed.
How do escalations work?+
Overdue completions trigger configurable rules: e.g. notify the learner at day 0 of expiry, the manager at day 7, the site lead at day 14. Cademi ships sensible defaults you can tighten or relax per course and per site.
Can we run shift-based teams?+
Yes. Cohorts and assignments work across shifts; mobile + offline mode covers staff between shifts. Reporting can be sliced by shift pattern where you provide the shift data.
