Automation across the full lifecycle.

A compliance programme has a lifecycle: assign, complete, certify, store, expire, renew. Most LMS platforms cover the first two well and the others badly. The interesting failure modes hide in storage, expiry and renewal — exactly where audits go looking.

What security and privacy standards apply?+
Cademi is Cyber Essentials certified, with content suitable for OSHA, HIPAA and US sector-specific requirements. Data-residency and privacy controls available per customer.
How are external certificates handled?+
Upload paper certs, trade cards or CPD from another provider and Cademi tracks the expiry date, alerting the right manager before it lapses. External qualifications live on the same person record as your e-learning, so the audit trail is end-to-end.
How fast is a report to a regulator?+

How are version updates handled mid-cohort?+
Courses are version-pinned per assignment, so a learner who started on v3.1 sees v3.1 through to completion. New starters pick up the latest version. Audit reports can pin to either, depending on what the regulator wants to see.
What happens when a certificate is about to expire?+
Cademi alerts the learner first, the manager second, and the site lead third, with configurable lead times per course. Renewals can also auto-enrol the learner on the renewal course at the right point in the cycle.
