Where Challengers started.

Challengers, a charity dedicated to providing disabled children and young people with opportunities to play, socialise, and grow, faced a unique challenge: crafting a learning experience that catered to the diverse roles and needs within their organization. In a world where personalised learning is paramount, they needed a platform that went beyond just compliance and truly understood the distinct aspirations of each team member.

Previously, Challengers had been using traditional methods of training. With diverse areas that staff worked in, there was a need for differentiated learning solutions. Furthermore, they required a training platform that was compatible and allowed the upload of their own training courses.

What's changed since.
