Can professionals manage their own CPD record?+
Yes. Each learner owns their CPD profile — including evidence uploads from external providers — and can take it with them as a PDF record when they move organisations. The org's record stays separate and intact.
What about non-regulated roles?+
CPD as a framework works for unregulated roles too. The same automatic capture, recommendations and reporting apply; it just doesn't feed into a regulator-specific export. Useful for leadership tracks, mentoring schemes and internal certification.
How are external courses recognised?+
Upload the certificate (or the course catalogue link) and Cademi categorises it, logs the time, and attaches it to the person's CPD record. Same machinery as internal CPD; the audit trail covers both.
